    Default Passed ITIL

I prepared really well; didn't want to assume it's an easy exam. I sat for the exam confident I will pass, but yet again I was a bit nervous.

Used lots of resources, including the short book by Claire.

    Bought voucher from PassionIT.

My advice: don't just memorize stuff. Read and do lots of practice questions.
