    Default SQL 2008 resources?

    Hi Guys,

I have now just got the heads up from my new employer that SQL should be what I need to read up on. Now they will be giving me some books when I get there but I was wondering if anyone has any links that I can read to get semi up to speed on what SQL is all about.

I have limited exposure to this so I will be starting from the beginning so help from you lot would be great!

    Regards

To be a really good SharePoint admin you need to know the fundamentals of SQL Server.

Thanks Robert for the help on this. I am really looking forward to get stuck in on SQL. Just need to setup a server at home and get cracking, they (my new employer) mentioned to me about 2005 being much like 2008. Digging through some of my books that I have laying around the place I have found my SQL 2005 book which I am bout to start reading.
